    I was chatting to the owner last week. Ingenious little thing - the flap
    at the back comes down to form a ramp, he pulls himself up the ramp in
    his chair, closes the flap behind him and off he goes. Reckons it'll do
    about 85mph.

    I suggested he put a litre engine in it and go some kind of land speed
    record.

  5. The Swiss Ecomobil uses a similar system.

    Saw one parked at LHR recently. Wondered whose it was.
