I have a fine in QLD which will mean ......suspension due to 12 points being
    equalled or exceeded .

They have spelled my middle name wrong its totally a different name with
    more characters than mine .

Unfortunatly the license details are right however , could I argue in court
that the person who bokked me * mayhave incorrectly filled in incorrect
speed * and try for a 1 pointer instead of 3 to save my arse ...Im a family
    man blalbla.

If you are put before a magistrate and claim hey he spelt my name wrong i
    should get off the ticket.

The Police officer will have to complete a brief of evidence.

The police officer will take 6 hours off duty to go to court

The Police procecutor will spend about an hour reviewing the files, and
    another 30 minutes in court.

Do you think the magistrate will get very annoyed and angry that you have
wasted 30 minutes of his time?

What do you think an annoyed and angry magistrate will do to you?

Remember, they set the punishment, He also grands the power of appeal.

He could give you 12 months in goal, a suspention to the year 3000 and a
billion buck fine. God knows i would if i had such a dickhead that thought
he could wasted everbodys time, totalinng a few grand worth of peoples
wages. Wouldnt you want that few grand back in fines?

You go to court if you havnt done it, not because the officer made a typo.

But by all means, why dont you try, id recomend you spend 200 bucks an hour
    on a lawspeaker
"a person who represents him self is clearly biased"

So you go spend 200 bucks an hour on a lawyer
The Judicial system will spend around 5 grand on you..
for you to try and get out of a $127 fine on somebody spelling your middle
    name wrong.

Also you cost me about $40 bucks of my time.

LOL , whats the world coming to.I get your drift .

Why then dont we have time and date stamps on car radars and GPS coords as
well to identify the radar was working in an acceptable spot without
enviromental influences . I was only doing 110 on a cruise control and they
reckoned 117 on a flat slightly curving piece of road .

I accept the penalties but seriously why hasnt the technology improved to
validate and help eliminate false readings , thats my gripe.

All highway cars in NSW now have onboard Video that records the Radar
reading, the Highway car, the operator, the whole traffic stop, and all
conversation the GPS co ords, its all digital and downloaded and sent to
sydney. That the sort of technology you want? we got it, about a month ago..

    Perhaps your Speedo is wrong?

Radar is more accurate than speedo's.

Thats $80 you owe me now..

If its you job you should take it to court and lie just like the cops, drag
it out as ling as possible and you may get some points back while you are
    waiting to go to court.
