I unremember, TBH. If I can just click and go, I don't really mind.
What I do object to, with some justification I believe, is the
multi-line wrapped things, the obfuscatory adfarm/mediaplex url
abbreviators and the new thread starting with a solus url and nary a
    word of explanation.

In the past and in a misguided fashion (I now realise) I may have
promoted the use of the url abbreviator services, but that was before
they started the current trend of stealthily redirecting the innocent
clicker through cookie-endowing adverts. But no, a long url is no
    issue with me atm.

So now you know where you stand, Bruce - until the next jihad, of
    course ... ;-)

Actually, IIRC, that is the reason why the length of allowable domain
    names were extended. Or something.

But, of course, the length of the domain name has little relation to the
    longest URL available, does it?

The Trophy's rack is marked 5kg. The ginormous top box prolly weighs that
    on its own.

You could probably carry a pda on it, possibly with a gps thingy too.

Sir obviously should have bought a motorcycle with adequate luggage
    capacity.

Panniers/topbox 9 kg each, fairing compartments 2 kg each, pillion
    cubbies 0.5kg each.

    Er, 32kg in all.

    Officially.

The average GL1500 seems to come in around twice what I paid for the Trophy.
I just load the thing up and wobble off into the middle distance.
