I assumed he'd be in custody then prison pretty sharpish. They let him go because *he said he needed another fix so he wanted to go home*. I guess plod take a few quid off his stealing and turn a blind eye to him in exchange. Shame the Talivan aren't as keen to let people go. A fucked up world we live in.
