I TPd that I'd be available after 1-Aug. I would use the outfit rather
than the RT, what with one thing or another.
Not that there's anything wrong with that. :)

BTW, I forgot to mention, my lunching tends to be limited to weekdays.

I'll give a conditional[1] nod to thatfor now.

Would be great to do the old Wollombi Lunch thing again.

[1] with he proviso that if it looks, even remotely, like rain, I'll
be a non-starter. Sorry, but us boulevarde crusiers are like that.

A first for me, but sounds like a great idea.
Here's me thinking you feets forward types were tough. What a
    sheltered life I've led.;)

Don't judge others by my disgusting example. I'm sure there are some
out there so tough that they'd rust my Hyosung. ;-)

Having studied a map, I now make the following revised suggestion:

Assemble at McGraths Hill Maccas, then to Wollombi via Wiseman's Ferry
    and Central Mangrove.

    If it ever happens...

    I dunno, Gerry.

A nice simple lunch at a specified place and time is pretty hard to
    organise, but doable. :)

Now you want to add more complexity.

Winter time, Wiseman's Ferry to Central Mangrove never really dries out
and is as rough as guts.

Also, during the week, with school zones, I'd not be too rapt in getting
to McGraths Hill earlier than 10.00 am.

I guess it comes down to individual choice - group ride or meet at
Wollombi for lunch. I'm happy enough with Gerry's suggestion but take
your point. Can we just agree to meet for lunch? Those who want to go
with Gerry can, those who don't just meet at the specified place and
    time.

Depends on what the agenda is.

If it's just "Lunch at Wollombi" then you have a good point.

If it's "Do a group ride to Wollombi for lunch that is feasable for
Blue Mountains riders and metro riders to combine for" then it's
McGraths Hill and then the options are Wiseman's (short ride) or The
    Putty (long ride).

I'm happy to go with whatever the most number of people are willing to
    sign up for.

    Surely you jest, Nev?

Overnight lows about here are seriously low, and they get worse going
    towards McGrath's Hill.
