Anyone got a old motherboard/CPU lying around for minimum beer tokens?

Anything P2-300 or better. My old file/print server has had a hissy fit
and the BIOS won't see a disk over 8 gig anymore. It also won't boot from
CD anymore. Ah well, its ran for 3 years constantly and only cost me £30
    back then.

    TIA

If it's still in existence you can have it for a beer (1)

    (1)I'd prefer a marquee.

I sold my last PC of that description to a ukrm bod the other day. I'm
down to a Pentium Pro 180 at the moment.

I have an Asus P2L97 board and PII 300 around here somewhere. Could
probably still find it if it helps you out. Let me know.

I've got a Duron 750 mounted on motherboard with PSU in a cheap case.
It worked last time it was turned about a year ago.

    Free to a collector.

Also a 15 inch monitor as well. Has a little bit of 'fuzzyness' to
the picture but perfect for a server machine.

    Also free to a collector.

    Near Birmingham.

If nobody beats me to it, I'll take it when I'm next coming back from
Warwick - my Celeron 466 machine isn't really up to playing multimedia
    stuff.

I (being more north) can then pass my Celeron & Board on to Entwisi and
we all get what we need.

Will do when I know the likelihood of being in Warwick. This coming
Tuesday is a possibility, but I won't know for sure until tomorrow..

    No probs.

Bear in mind I don't get in from work until about 6.30.

Won't be an issue, when I go to Warwick I generally don't end up leaving
before 6, I'd rather have one long day there each week than 2 short
    ones.

Plus, I can always drag my team to the pub for a pint after work if I
    need to kill time.
