Old Honda speedo help

    A bloke at work who has no internet access has asked me to post this request
    for help/advice?!?

    His speedo on his 1982 Honda CB900 Custom has died and he is looking for a
    replacement. He has been quoted over £300 for a reconditioned one but thinks
    there may be one he can use from a similar/different bike! Any knowledgeable
    types in here that might know of some alternate speedo he could use?

    I think Honda Suzuki and Yam used the same ratio and Kwak was
    different so any other speedo should work except a Kwak one.
