Old Honda s90 Ignition wiring, no spark?

I have a friend that pulled an old Honda S90 out of storage of 20 or so
    years..
The key is long gone and the side cover is off (rt side below seat) with
    wires hanging
    all over.

Is there anyone who might know what wires to jump will give him spark?

It's got compression (soaked the cylinder with oil before turning over)
    and the tranny is functional,
the clutch is functional. But with the wires hanging there is obviously
no spark happening and I didn't feel
comfortable just trying to jump random wires and test.

The Serial is S90-440461, is it safe to assume it's a 1961 Model from this?

Thanks in advance for any help.
