Please, I'm a beginner, at 40, and would like to have the best protection
    available.

I'm well aware that no matter how safe I ride, we have more wankers
driving/riding on our roads than ever before, and WHEN I get hit, at least I
won't blame myself for not getting the best protective gear.

Despite EVRYONE telling me I shouldn't take up motorcycling, I'm doing it
anyway. So give me, and others like me your support.

    Cheers,

    Bg

You can borrow my support if you like - the padding gives a bit of
    protection too.

Nice of you to introduce yourself Bruizer (with a Z - how very quaint).

What's it to you? Why is that your problem? Either you know somewhere or
not. Getting there/contacting them is my problem.

I asked a simple question, got an ambiguous response, tried to narrow down
the requirement, was nothing but civil, and got a bunch of freaks wasting
    bandwidth & storage space.

I'm now beginning to doubt my earlier opinion of motorised two-wheeler road
users. Perhaps the dumb-factor is the cause of their widespread deaths or
    amputations after all.

been on a newsgroup with SO MANY repressed homosexuals. Gawd you've made my
    evening!

Try not to cause a fatality when you take your machines out this weekend you

CREATIVE? With an alias like Muck? & <insert coin to play> as your
signature, you're suggesting ME to be more creative!

Geez man, that's the best laugh I've had yet!

So read the FAQ and learn how to post.

So do you take this kind of attitude if you walked into a pub you hadn't
previously visited? Stroll in a get all upset because the locals don't
jump to your tune? There's a pub or two in SE London you'd only get to
    try that game once in.

  16. The average Gentleman, in these days of crowded roads, finds that a
    truss is of inestimable value.

However, you can buy your own.

Thanks a bunch, but I was after some personal recommendations. Guess I came
to the wrong place. All I found was low comprehension of the written word,
    and even lower I.Q.
