    I went for a 'bimble' today on my own as I'm like that. My first real
    BLAST on the Fireblade over the moors. I'm not the best rider by miles,
    but at a junction a few other chaps turned up on a Ducati, a ZX &
    summat i didn't know.They reckoned the Ducati would '**** me over' on
    the corners & straights. I only had the blade for a few days & I'm not
    into road racing, but, this was one clever ****. Did about 10m & his
    light got dimmer & dimmer, then it went. I'm no hero, but WTF? I do
    know why I like riding on my own though.

    This was a VERY twisty up & down kind of road. It has one bit ( that
    anyone from Yorkshire will know) is just like the corkscrew from Laguna
    Seca. I once hit it at 80mph. I skipped a few that day.

    Whereas I on the other had was overtaken by someone who obviously has no
    fear, [1] coz he was up my inside and gone and I thought *I* was doing
    pretty good.

    [1] and could VERY obviously handle a bike

    It's the road that runs from East Morton (near Keighley) to the back
    road to Ilkley.

    There is one bit that is superb, catches loads of drivers out, so much
    so they don't even bother rebuilding the walls any more.

    I'll get the exact reference for you later.

    It's limited to 50 now, but nobody does 50. I love taking folk on there
    for the first time.
