oil filter 2000 model bandit 250cc

Dont suppose anybody knows what kind of oil filter my 2000model gsf250v
takes?

Didnt get a damn manual with the bike, pulled the old filter out and had to
reinstall it again as the filter which was supposed to be the right one was
about 1cm too long to fit in (although the other dimensions look fine) and
after searching for hours in google, I have given up

 

LOL..i had one of those bikes and the filters were very rare and expensive
(about $40 for an internal filter), and could ONLY be obtained from the
Major Inner city Suzuki dealer. I'm in outer suburban Melbourne and this was
3 years ago when they were still in production, and brand new, so things
might even be scarcer still. Goodluck!!!

 

If it's a GJ77a engine the filters are only $15 from a suzuki dealer.

 

Nah man, it's not a GJ77a engine and the filters certainly aren't 15 bucks.
