The future's bright. The future's orange, and chrome, and not meeting
    its reserve.

Well, exactly. And the 1970s was the decade of superb taste, wasn't
    it?

(When we were redecorating the Chateau, after buying it, we went
through the strata of wallpaper. Under the existing stuff was 1980s
Laura Ashley Floral. Beneath that was 1970s orange and brown. Under
    that was woodchip.

The guy that built it called it Chromeaggedon initially I think. I'm sure it
appeared in CMM it has changed into a bad acid trip from that. Chromeageddon
wasn't so bad, he must have spent a fortune I remember him trying to find
steel side panels which apparently do exist to get chromed. His latest
creation is another "tuned" kettle which again appeared in one of the more
recent mags... it looks ferkin smart IMO in Skoal Bandit colour scheme.
Love it or hate it he spends loads of time and cash doing something
different it is sorted. I have enough difficulty keeping my own one stock
    and running..
