Street Wardens"? What the fucking **** are Street Wardens? Lemme guess,
a bunch of busibodies, appointed by the Council to poke their noses into
peoples' lives.

I thought they might've been traffic wardens in the same sense as they
can now (if you believe everything you read) issue fixed penalties for
entering yellow box-junctions and jumping red lights.
