"Now friends, there was only one or two things that Obie coulda done at
the police station, and the first was he could have given us a medal for
being so brave and honest on the telephone, which wasn't very likely,
and we didn't expect it, and the other thing was he could have bawled us
out and told us never to be see driving garbage around the vicinity
again, which is what we expected, but when we got to the police
officer's station there was a third possibility that we hadn't even
counted upon, and we was both immediately arrested."

In all honesty, I would rather ride all the way to Troon and catch the
ferry from there than set a wheel on N. Wales roads ever again. The
Police there are absolute cunts, and I don't give a **** if they read
    this either.

    Who are you insured with?

My Carole Nash policy includes "motor prosecution defence" - page 19 of the
    documents booklet.

As does the freebie I get as a member of the CSMA

and the legal cover with my Churchill house insurance covers me for a
motoring prosecution too. My soon to be ex-employer is going to find out
how good this cover is shortly...

    Note to lurking Heddlu:

According to a website, the Welshish for "I was only following orders"
is "Buais ond yn canlyn archebion".

Good luck Steve. A pointless prosecution, if ever I saw one.

Exactly. They are all cunts, without exception for allowing the wanker
at the top to dictate to them like that without any one standing up and
    say "enough is enough".

on the phone brief laughed and said it's ridiculous, reckoned if this sort
of thing went to court normally then the courts would be bunged up with all
    sorts of minor prangs.

Thanks, I REALLY hope the brief can argue the toss.

What is a *bit* worrying is the case is being held in Prestatyn, which just
happens to be next door to NWP Traffic HQ. I have this sneaky feeling that
they're all going to be a bit cosy with one another and perhaps not as
    objective as perhaps they should?

As far a I know plod just pass it to the CPS for their decision. What really
*fucks* me off though is the bitch in the taxi that pulled out on my kid
brother and killed him, kept repeating in her statement "he wasn't there"
despite being advised by the interviewing plod that he obviously was cos she
hit him got off with no charges brought at all. Zilch. no points, no fine
nothing. Of course because of this her insurance is now trying to stiff my
sister in law stating it is now 75/25 blame in their clients favour!

On a good note I understand the aforementioned taxi drivers been hospital
    again for yet another RTI.

So in the style of Sir.Tony if you see a metallic blue London Hackney cab
index mark H15JOK .. she danjus on road :)

you know what I mean :) minor as in if the bike was ridden home the accident
was not high speed or hard impact. Hayles was deeply unlucky to bounce off
    the trailer.
