Right, having had a clear out of yet more crap at my parents place, I find
myself with the left hand side *only* of an Oxford Sports pannier, in black.
The right side was ruined in the educational experience that was "110 miles
down the M5 with the bottom of your pannier touching the exhaust..."

Would this be of *any* use to anyone? It's the sort of triangular shaped one
    and is expandable.

Couple of pints at the BOSM and it's yours.

Maybe this bloke would like it? I found this message on Cambridge
    Freecycle this afternoon:

    "Offered - motorcycle panniers.

My first panniers which were a freebie from another biker.

Very basic throw over panniers, simple clip closure, require bungee
cords for securing properly. Actually more specifically require bungee
cords in the right place to secure properly. As I learnt when they flew
off the back of my bike whilst doing a rather "large" amount of speed,
hitting my back wheel, as they were still attached with one of the
bungees, and enducing a rather bowel loosening wobble which nearly ended
in me being rather more acquainted with the East Lancs than I'd rather
    be.

    Any takers?

    Nath"

    Made me chuckle a bit.

In all seriousness, can they be used in a single sided mode?

Are they the ones with one fixed pocket and one detachable on the left
hand side because if they are (and they're black) then Adie may want
them due to the fact that she ripped at least one pocket off hers
filtering where she shouldn't have done.
