Went for a road test on the Muell to check out air filter MK11 today. I deliberately avoided the fast A roads and concentrated on town traffic as this is where the fuel/air ratio comes apart on the long stroke twin. Up to running temp. and it`s behaveing well, tickover a tad high so I adjust at a set of lights. Something that looks like a roller skate with a dustbin for an exhaust pulls up along side and the pre-pubescent scum in the passenger seat winds down the window and says" Wanna race?"!!! I lost him before I changed into second. It amazes me why these twats in lurid family hatchbacks with a stereo from Halfords even bother. Could be worse I s`pose....They could grow up to be carravanners!!!!!! Must book another Dyno-run for the Muell, I`m sure I`ve got me 100 ponies now ;-) -- Petel . 02 M2 Buell. Bad form an all that replying to your own post but.. ton of ponies might seem tame to the average sprots rider.;-) This will equate to approx, 90ftlb of torque @ 4300rpm. Not too shabby, if it dos n`t shred me ageing back tyre. Anyone got a good deal on Bridgestone 020..170/60..17"? -- Petel . 02 M2 Buell. Nicking your sig sep ;p Never heard of them. But...will look into them, several Riders of The Harley offspring Group, ..... RoT/HoG . ;-) have mentioned the Azaros. Cheers Ginge. -- Petel . 02 M2 Buell. C90-ZZR. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/peteh1/website/index.html
Yep, it`s running really strong. In fact short of Turbo/Nos or a 1450cc kit it`s about as far as I can go tuning wise. -- Petel . 02 M2 Buell. C90-ZZR. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/peteh1/website/index.html
