A quick look at a version I have shows the following plates:

VXE 9915 (1:28, greenish saloon, Honda?)
YHO 7887 (2:16, black merc, not 100% sure)

It is. I'm in the process of extracting frames for to show proof, from
Mark's 189Mb clip. The definition is somewhat better to make out Greek
writing and number plates.

I still think it's Athens.
