Another quality motorcycle from P.C. Ainsworth M/Cycles. Bedford 271212

I put this on the bottom of my old GSX750 plate in Letraset, after being
pulled numerous times by a copper called Ainsworth so he could measure
the size of my number plate. He got the message and never pulled me
    again.

You spend long enough behind others to read their number plate slogans?

  7. "My other Hardley-a-Davison's a motorbike" ?

    "UKRM-YKIMS" [1]

    HTH etc

[1] Yes, I really have that engineered into my new plate, preceded by
"BPMC-" (The non-existent Black Pig MC - doing TT again this year!).
    See www.blackpigborder.co.uk for more details
(Caution: Morris dancing - but no hankie[2] - content)
    [2] definitely sticks only[3]
    [3] big ones of course

    Innit just.

Our problem plod didn't ever have a name, he was just "1303" to
everyone. **** he was, *hated* teenage kids. Not that we gave him any
reason mind, not us. We were usually doing our very best to stay
unnoticed by authority and usually with good reason.

    Whinging Courier - UKRM

Althought the small plate I bought for my latest acquisition was
designed over the internet and they left the "UKRM" bit out so now it
just has my moniker on it.

The Gixer has UKRM on it, the Bandit has 'Bandit Bikes' logo and address
etc. I'll be changing it for one without the EU flag though

May I recommend a place that does "show plates" for less than 8 quid
    delivered?

I'd recommend using the site if you want a slogan because there's less
    room for ambiguity.

I bought one from eBay for a couple of quid less but didn't quite get
    the slogan I wanted.

I had a smallish plate made for the Drifter, with "The Comfy Chair" on it.
Never got round to fitting it - it's still in the shed somewhere.

That's not a bad number plate slogan, mind if I copy it?

It's either that or "**** You" which sort of sum up my general attitude
    when riding/driving.
