NSW State Govt revenue raising idea.

    Don't slug points for between 1~15k snapped over
    the limit.

    Also, halve (down) the number of points over that they
    currently sideswipe us for, for over 15k.

    Just take our money, and -let us keep doing it-. (golly,
    a pokie machine theory of sorts...). The coffers will
    be healthier, and many will be happier.

    Damn, abandon point reductions for 1~15kph over the
    limit, altogether.
