NSW: country people wanted

Motorcycle Awareness Week has been a very Sydney thing because that's
where most MCC people are.

We want to get it out to other areas. To work with clubs and councils
to do displays and get information out to road users and off road
users about awareness and safety.

To that end, the MCC is looking for people outside Sydney to help. A
couple of hours a week to talk to people in your area,
talk to local clubs about a static display of machines,
about handing out leaflets and stickers. Talk to councils about road
safety initiatives (which may attract state funding) and things
needing doing in your area.

We are looking at places like Bathurst, Gosford, Newcastle, Coffs,
Tamworth.

So if you are in a major regional area in NSW then please contact me
or the MCC at for more info as to what is involved.

Sure. Anyone who wants to start the job.

Contact the MCC and find out what's needed. Mainly it will be talking
to any local clubs to say "come and make a display on the main street"
and talking to the council asking to use the main street. The MCC
will help with the councils.
