nsu quickly

    Can anyone give me basic dimensions and weight please for an NSU quickly.
    Or point me to somewhere where I might get them.

    petrol tank - absolutely horrid with no redeeming qualities whatsoever!

    Well thanks for your help there.........of course you are wrong.The Quickly
    was/is a joy to behold..even in this day of 120 + bhp machines
    is actually a joy to ride. The diminutive 49cc engine set several records in
    its time and is a little gem way ahead of british mopeds of the period.. But
    I suspect it is not macho enough most riders today .I find the Quickly a
    rather interesting change of pace to my ktm 450 but it is quite capable of
    making its way through many of the green lanes that the slightly more
    capable Ktm eats for breakfast, even if I have to pick the Quickly up and
    carry it through now and again.

    Anyone who has the details requested in my first post will be most
    appreciated.

    Well, if as it appears from your post you've got one, I suggest you
    buy (a) a tape measure and (b) some large scales.
