    Akshully, yes I would.

I'm going for the ride, not the Politics.

    Well, try this for starters:

You're supporting a "charity" which is running a dream-on campaign
("Let's stop it. Full Stop."). That's never going to happen. But they
spent £20 million pounds on it anyway. Money completely wasted, that
could have been spent on doing the things they *claim* to do with the
    funds they raise.

In so doing, you devalue and demean the work of other, better run,
charities. You contribute to the growing air of cynicism in this country
    about charity work in general.

The whole sector would, IMHO, benefit if the NSPCC was to go out of
business (and I use the word advisedly).

But hey, you "care not one tiny ****", so long as you have a lovely day
    out in London.

    I agree with Simon. You're a fool.

That's a really fucking stupid thing to say. Tell me that you realise
    that. Please.

  9. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "Greybeard"
    What's the point, then?

There's a truly unpleasant one, near Weston Super Mare, that specialises
    in mud. I think.

I imagined that Ogden was referring to the Burnham between Slough and
Maidenhead and that you meant the Essex Burnham.

It just so happens that my office is in Burnham (the one close to you),
so I can vouch for the lack of any kind of good motorcycling road.

You cut the other bit of my post.

and no I don't think it stupid because I clearly wrote, and you obviously
cared not to read it properly,

"I'm going for the ride, not the Politics."
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I clearly stated as far as I am concerned the politics have nothing to do
with me going on the ride. With that in mind, it makes no difference what
charity it is that benefits from the sponsorship raised.

Besides, BNP couldn't do any worse than this corrupt government that we have
    running the circus now!

And no, I am not making any further comments on the matter, so don't even go
    there.

Because I like the riding my bike.

If I can raise a few quid for charity at the same time then fine, it's not
the main reason I ride my bike though, but to enjoy myself.
