More likely 3 strikes and you're out - or similar. They made some
vaguely threatening statement about leaving a note on my account.

The uk.people.consumers.ebay FAQ is at www.upce.org.uk

Bend the facts to fit the conclusion. It's easier that way.

KL has a built in IP blocker that's updatable.

You can also use Peerguardian www.peerguardian.net

The latest one has an option to export the blocklist to an XML file that
you can put into ZA pro. This can be a bit of a pisser if you want to
visit any of the blocked sites on the web though.

If you want to use PG on it's own, make sure you tick the box allowing
    connections to port 80, OK?

Personally, I'd rather just use the IP blocker that comes with KL. It
doesn't stop any other connections and it doesn't use 50% of your CPU
    power, either.
