Not such a bad day after all

SWMBO decided to piss off to her mate's house for a few days.

Had a rare old time feeding the ponies with Sprog No. 2.

Fixed Scottoiler on CB, went for a mini hoon-ette, got followed by plod but
not pulled over (not that I was giving them any reason to pull me over).

M'boy arrives home from his dodgy mate's house, having reinstalled the sport
pipe on the TS50 and, "re-jetted" the carb. Seems it will now do 40 without
too much trouble, I am now waiting for the inevitable holed piston.

Ho hum, and half a bottle of claret left over from last night.

ITYM rack beside the desk where the Mac is. Anyway if it's in a bottle,
red and alcoholic he'll drink it.

    You reckon?

Yeah, good point he'd have the cheaper stuff from France, you know the
stuff they sell in 5l cubes.

Steve H is the one with the expensive taste in French wine.

I think he's flexible on the container. He's not too bothered about the
    colour either.

    Apart from that, spot on.

As luck would have it, Tesco Claret comes in cubes. I've just finished
    one.

You mean in a box? Or in the plastic 'cubby' beloved of cheap french
    paint stripper ^W^W table wine?

In a bag in a box. With a tap.

It's twice the price of any of their other boxes, mind.

Ah, I was thinking of the cheap paintstripper they sell in France. It
used to be about 30FF for 5l. A "robust little number" but got one
    pissed easily enough.

  13. I thought ponies ate apples and oats and hay and stuff? Still, just
got to feed SHMBO to the ponies and you're sorted, eh?

I think they would find SWMBO a bit too much to swallow, if you catch my
    drift.
