  2. In uk.rec.motorcycles, bejot amazed us all with this pearl of wisdom:
    Fat chance.

Come to England like countless other p(r)oles and get a job, you lazy
    bum.

    Hello,
Get a job in London and Unix yourself a better pay deal then.
    or
you can always doss in the streets like many of the wannabees and make more
money scrounging off passers by, especially if you have a dog as they always
    get the sympathy vote.
or you could drive for Brake Brothers delivering food to upper class
establishments and *really* know what poverty is
    ;-^

You are not originally from Nigeria are you?
If you are a sysadmin type, get your arse over to the UK with the rest of
the Poles - place is over run by them doing cleaning jobs etc. You'll get a
job here no problem, for more zlotys than you could shake a stick at.

    Grep.

**** off. If you're really a *nix admin, you're paid better than most.
Otherwise you're in the wrong job.

Carlisle's full of the buggers. They don't seem to understand
    roundabouts either.

There are people starving and dying in the world and you want donations
for a motorcycle. I just made a donation to the Red Cross of $5 to
    spite you.

I hope when you get a Non deserved motorcycle you keep the rubber side
    up.

On the other hand, we could commend him on his ingenuity/bottle in asking
people to help fund his desire for a new bike.

Not that I'm donating owt, I just find it a bit hypocritical for people to
give the guy a hard time for asking for money to fund a biking ambition -
it's not like he's threatening to kill babies if he doesn't get the money
    (which he probably wont).

There are numerous people who read/post here who waste more on motorcycles
than would be required by any half-decent NGO to save a few hundred lives a
year, me included, without harbouring too many feelings of dislike towards
those less fortunate. If you have such a big guilt complex, save it for
    alt.motorcycle.sportbike.
