  3. Send a complaint to BT & Ebay, the more different folks who moan about
the same tosser the more chance they'll do something.

Bad form and all that but how do I make a complaint?

I understand the address in X-Complains but how do I do it to eBay?

There is no email address for complaints.
You have to be a registered user and wander through their appalling help
pages to find a form to complete.

The more difficult they make it to complain the less chance there is of
    having to actually do something.

    It was rather easy, actually.

Just clicked the help button, selected "S" for spam and in a matter of
minutes the whole thing's been sent :)

Cheers, Pip. I've sent one off via the spam link in help. I'm thinking
maybe I should send one off to this address as well?

This sort of info should be on every page of the UKRMFAQ.

It's only the first time I've done it but in an anally retentive way, it

"If you've received an unsolicited, commercial email (spam) from an
eBay member, report this to . "

That tells me they don't actually give a ****.

How? If they're giving you an address to report it to that must mean
there's at least something in place to report it, surely?

Is it just my browser then? On this page
    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/new/reporting_spam.html it says
    "...report this to . "

What sort of eMail address is "."?

Yeah, I got that. I pressed the contact us link, went "report
transaction problems", then hit "Spam & miscellaneous offences" and
finally, "Other spam & misc offences" at the bottom. I could have sent
it via "unsolicited email" but if I was going to do it properly, I had
to use the "misc" option as this isn't email :)
