You're not alone there. When I read the "5%" again and made sense of
    it, it became obvious.
    Quality muppetry, that.

I've got a full work schedule and a trip to Berlin between now and when
we leave - I also still have quite a bit to do.

Nah. That's me. My bike is now at a second dealer with mystery
    electrical gremlins.

The first dealer (Benhams of Wolverhampton) were an unmitigated
bunch of amateurish, know nothing cunts who've actually done further
damage to the bike whilst not fixing the original fault and charged me
    a fortune for the privilege.

So it's gone to Clarks in Rednal who at least appear to have a clue.
Time is running out and it is turning into a bit of a nail biter...

Heh, the place gives that kind of aura just driving past.

Is their workshop bigger than their showroom?

I go to Mazcare (independent but approved) rather than the official main
dealer in town because the posh place seems to have one service bay not
much bigger than my garage with room for only one car. Still that may be
a measure of reliability in theory.
