North wales coppers not all bad shocker

    I had a stop today from an unmarked astra that I overtook and then
    promptly rode into a 30 possibly a little over.....
    He 'had a word' and then let me go with some advice about where some of
    his colleagues might be (1).
    Quite refreshing I thought so I included it for a spot of balance.

    1. In unmarked cars, in the sky, behind hedges etc...

    Probably didn't have a calibrated speedo.

    That may be so.
    The thing is he was very pleasant about it; no looking gleeful and all
    over the bike looking for anything, no condescending remarks. I had been
    a bit illegal but not dangerous and I was reminded in a civilised
    fashion by a copper from the 'loathesome' NWP.
