    The farm? The fast cars? The boats? The aeroplanes? The arrogant,
    feckless, work-shy offspring?
    She got bored, and joined the Civil Service. Worked in Stormont for a
    few years, then went to Newtownards on secondment - I think for
    maternity cover or the like. She stayed there for a few years (until
    she retired) because a) she quite enjoyed the work, and b) it was about
    3 minutes drive from the flying club. She'd go there most lunchtimes,
    often just for lunch, but sometimes she'd take a long lunch and go
    flying.
