Yes, hello, I'm after some spiked off road tyres to fit an 1989 K100RS
    8v......

    Amen....

Hopefully the local brewery will have some of that lovely dark xmas
    wheatbeer on tap.

You do? How long do you think it would take the two of us to hitch it to
    my K1100LT?

You need a special front bracket of course.

  9. I was most disappointed with the beer when I visited the Eifel region.
Neither my nearest village (Mayschoss) nor town (Altenahr) had any
schwarzbier at all - well, we tried lots of pubs and couldn't find
any. Yet in Dresden one could get the dark stuff anywhere.

I'll be in Brum on the 18th & 19th, but hopefully back home by the
20th. Three days there is more than any man deserves, no matter what
    the crime.

We'd need a subframe but from that point it'd take a weekend. I'd like
to say a day but that'd be a lash up rather than a useable outfit.

Might do. I think Adie's at a football match that day so I could be
dropped off on the way up and collected (pissed) on the way back.
Diary? I don't bother with organising my life to that extent.

The was a 40km (yes, read that again) jam on the A3 north of Frankurs
yesterday. Bet that was fun getting to work.

Heh. I must admit, now it's suitably shod, I'd be sorely tempted to
take the R36 on a snowbound track like that. Trouble is, they wouldn't
    open the gates, I'm sure.

As it is I'm hoping for more snow at the weekend so's I can have a
    play.
