It's shameful when a perfectly good bike just sits in a garage.

Your Majesty is like a streak of piss... You shine out like a shaft

You forgot: After that, somebody decided that they wanted to tart up
their ZX6R by replacing one of their somewhat second-hand fairing panels
with a not-quite-so second-hand fairing panel that they'd got off eBay,
which itself required some attention before it could be used.

Said fairing panel is currently lying on the floor of my garage, next to
the aforementioned CBR6, where it has been for some time, and looks set
to remain there for the foreseeable future.

Ah yes, but that's just a side-line because we weren't doing anything with
    the CBR or H1.
    And that's because you're still on bed-rest duties. I _suppose_ I could
shuffle round your garage by myself, but

    a. It would be boring.
    b. You might not feel that happy about stocking the beer fridge for my
    personal consumption.
    c. I might do something stupid, like pick up a spanner.

I suppose that's true. We should really spend the time badgering Mick
into doing some work on the CBR6 instead.
.... and my presence makes any difference to that, does it?
    You could bring your own.
    OK, OK! It'll wait!

no, but I would stop for any vehicle in obvious signs of trouble in
