Australia - Make your licence plate invisible

If you hate speed cameras as much as I do, then you'll love to try this out.
Its a spray can from USA that makes your rego plates invisible to speed
    cameras and red light cameras.

    Some interesting video demos too.

Can you afford to loose [sic] your license"

My license is already loose. The fact that it's not fixed to any one
position would mean it's loose wouldn't it?
BTW. What about those cameras that don't use a flash?

Yup, a spray can of black acrylic paint will definitely make your rego plate
invisible to a speed camera - the cops will take a dim view of it though

Just empty the can and rivet it to the plate, obscuring the
    letters...Genius!

    **** off, Spambitch.

Have you noticed how your rego lable tends to rotate with the vibes
obscuring one or two characters just before you go on a fast ride ?

Well no, of course I haven't - if I'd noticed it I would have done something
    about it officer !

Only problem is - it looks like most mobile speed cameras, and definitely
all fixed cameras, don't use a flash unit (at least thats the story in
Victoria). Therefore you have wasted your money.

Same in Canberra. The only 'flash' is an infrared one (red tinged?) at
    night.

Then why are there big bright lights mounted on poles just in front of the
fixed redlight/speed camera units which make the world turn very bright for an
instant when people drive past them too fast or go through the red light?

Yeah. In fact, they get rather dark on it....
