    Ben says...
Good enough for 4 sponsored BSB riders[1] to wear off the shelf
examples this season. I also know a couple of privateers are wearing
the same lids off the shelf. I think that at a RRP of 149-99ukp they
are very good value for money when you pitch them against other quality
    helmets with the same features.

I used an N1200-VX for about 6 months, it is a really light helmet and
has great vents. I swopped to a N800-V purely because the 1200 didn't
really fit me very well, but the 800 is a perfect fit.

As with all helmets, fit is very important and you'll find one model
may suit where another doesn't. It doesn't mean to say that the one
that doesn't is a bad helmet, just that it doesn't fit your particular
head shape, but I'm sure you knew that already.

As reported in an earlier thread; I visited the factory whilst I was in
China late last month/early this month, and was highly impressed by the
quality control regime they have in place. I also observed batch
testing of helmets from production, and that reinforced my views.

I've had an older one for two years now, and I'd most definitely have
    another.

Me too, quietest lid I've ever had, don't bother with earplugs anymore

Agreed. Although I find they still help a little as I ride 50 miles a
day, and do get some good speeds up too.

That'd be a bonus. Wouldn't have to turn the mp3 player up to silly
    volumes then.
