skittled The Doctor for driving w/o due care & attention.

If there's a prosecution pending, it's another excuse to procrastinate.

 

Sadly, you're probably right. If he pleads Not Guilty, there's a date
set for 15 July. So not too long to wait.

The impending prosecution does wonders for insurance companies - if
the CPS reckon there is enough evidence then the insurance company
will tend to follow suit

No probs - do make sure your insurance company know about the
prosecution wont you!

 

Well, we aren't actually claiming anything on our own insurance because
the damage to the bike was 25 quids' worth, so we're taking a separate
private legal action for the personal injury.

But yes, the other side's insco has been informed....

 

It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember
(The Older Gentleman) saying
something like:

That admission probably severely fucked his chances of affordable rates
with that ins co for several years to come.
