Tempting, but I was driving. I always maintained that I would not wiggle out when I (as I assumed would eventually happened) got caught speeding. So I'm not going to. I was breaking the limit, EOF. -- Catman MIB#14 SKoGA#6 TEAR#4 BOTAFOF#38 Apostle#21 COSOC#3 Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (Remove rust to reply) Alfa 116 Giulietta 3.0l (Really) Sprint 1.7 155 TS 75 TS Triumph Speed Triple: Black with extra black bits www.cuore-sportivo.co.uk

This is a bit of an old one that they are wise to now. You may have have to stand up in court and say this under oath. Not a problem if it's true. Obviously you are committing perjury if it is not true. The penalties for this are quite severe. To be valid NIPs have to be served in a certain way within certain time limits. IME sometimes they are not. My advice would be to keep everything - including the envelope it came in - and have a look here before responding. www.pepipoo.com
I did it. I'll pay the price. I was just curious as to what that would be. -- Catman MIB#14 SKoGA#6 TEAR#4 BOTAFOF#38 Apostle#21 COSOC#3 Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (Remove rust to reply) Alfa 116 Giulietta 3.0l (Really) Sprint 1.7 155 TS 75 TS Triumph Speed Triple: Black with extra black bits www.cuore-sportivo.co.uk
That's my experience with an SP30 *and* an SP50. They did start getting uncomfortable when I added another SP30 onto the tally. I'm not saying anything about the current state of licence.
Well, I got one for 71 in a temp 50 so one percentages over the limit it's around the same. Although I believe that could have been a court jobby if they'd felt like it.
You're lucky. I got one for 57 in a 30, HertsPol apparently /always/ go FP up to 56 in a 30 (so the Central Ticket Office burd said) and I got lucky. No sweat for you.
