    Obviously. The 3-hour recording is edited down to 30 minutes
    so it must have been considered funny by by the editors.

    Not as funny as when Mrs. Thatcher (as PM) accidentally read out
    the hints ("pause for applause" or suchlike) as well as the text
    of a speech she was giving in the House of Commons.
