Doubtfull. He's the last person I'd expect to be involved with reducing
the number of nipples in the world.

2" thick, hard coated polycarbonate! That's actually bullet proof.

    Ace says...
    Weight 20? - 27 lbs, and 22? - 38 lbs (complete wheel weight)

Suggested retail is $5000.00 per wheel

Five fucking grand each? I've only spent that much on a complete car,
with 4 better looking and working wheels fitted, twice in my life.

    Very roughly:

    555mm x 555mm x 50mm = 18.4815 kg

**** me, if you give four decimal places for a "very roughly" figure,
WTF do you do when you're being precise?

When you think that as an example the OCC [American Chopper TV Show]
standard bikes start at $40,000.00 and this is a custom bike,
$10,000.00 on wheels doesn't sound too bad.

  14. I can see the multitude of rim fastenings, but how stress resistant is
p/c on the hub studs, at a guess? Show only, do you think, or is it
likely to be strong enough to cope with being thrown around without
    cracking?

"Thrown around"? You're having a fucking giraffe.

It's a Septic chopper, it'll sit in someone's boardroom and never be
ridden anywhere, and if it is it'll only do 35MPH.

Ever seen "American Chopper"? That halfwitted moron can usually be heard
saying something like "Yeah, der bike run real good, ya know?" over a
shot of him holding up trucks as he wobbles along a road.

Polycarbonate is very flexible. Provided the studs aren't over
tightened and suitable self lubricating washers are used it'll be fine.

But when a bit of water starts to get in they'll have condensation and
eventually they'll get full of road shit with water and a collection
    of brake dust.

I don't think trailers leak that badly and showrooms don't reqire the use of
brakes. Them things never see a fucking road unless there's a TV camera
    pointing at them.
