  4. It's a radical thought, but have you tried keying the model type and
    'manual' into Google?

  5. Oh dear.

Never mind - as you say, it might make a nice garden bike.

Any kind of motorcycle wrenching and riding experience is good
experience. If he can fix it up and get it running to ride it around
the neighborhood and have fun on it, then that's what he should do
until he gets something big enough to take the long rides he mentioned
    in another post.

crazy :- ) but i was more wanting to use it to fix up just to learn
how a bike works and why not try my first on something i got for free?

Hey, people *do* ride long distances on little motorcycles. Like my
friend who rode a 60cc Yamaha from Lancaster, CA, in the high desert,
down to Torrance, near the beach, and back to Lancaster in one day.

That must have been 200 miles on back roads and surface streets.

But for his second bike he bought a Yamaha 250 single enduro...
Like I said, any motorcycle experience is good experience (as long as
    you
don't get into an accident or cut your fingers off trying to lube the
    chain with
    the engine running).

A guy I know wrapped his bloody greasy finger in a shop towel and went
to the emergency room and asked, "Can you sew this back on?"

They could, but they didn't get it straight...

And bear in mind that the DT100 is a rare bike anywhere, so parts will
    not be easy to find.

  11. Sure he did.

I know it's happened, but I bet it wasn't to anyone you knew.

So, why don't you hang out with those other gerbil felchers, instead
of poking your shrewish nose into other people's communications?

Heh. I have some information for you. This is a public newsgroup,
dimbulb. You want private communication, you take it to email.
There'll be a button for it somewhere on your computer.

When you pull this kibbitzing crap in a pub, don't the other patrons
    ask you to
step out into the street and give you lessons in manners?

  19. Bwwaaahahahahaha!

Would you like to consider the difference between shoving your head into
a private verbal discussion, and posting words that are more-or-less
permanently archived *in a public forum*?

You lose. Again. It would be fun arguing with you if you actually had
the brain power to muster a decent case, but you ain't got it.

    <Thinks>

In fact, you lost your job, you lost any chance of a meaningful
relationship with the opposite sex so you don't have a spouse, you lost
all credibility on Usenet years ago, and you lost your mind obsessing
    about Mexicans. Sad.

Gee, there you go again bringing up FACTS! Sheesh leave the poor old
pervert alone. Have a little sensitivity to the pain he suffers every
day knowing what a waste his life has been and that he has no real
relationships with anyone except on usenet and the local sheep ranch.
