I define abuse as all of the above, but taken to an extreme as it is
and the contents, there can be no doubt that there is an extremely
serious abuse problem in the groups.

I don't have issue with the occaisional amusing troll, but none of
this is in the least amusing and even leaving aside the contents of
these postings, the sheer quantity is a problem for many on a dial-up
account.

From my own point of view, some of the groups are no longer viable for
most people.
