  2. Did you ever meet the old one?, long-haired foxy/chihuahua X. Maybe at the
    Outfit rally.

Because of the rain the dog was wrapped in a garbage bag, Pete reckoned it
was the best back warmer he'd ever had.

  5. The new Twin Spark boxers now have an extra hole in the head (so BMW *do*
    listen to customer feedback...)

  11. Confirmed it yesterday. The VTR is only a 5 speed. It will do up to about
130, but that's about it apparently. Also doesn't have a tacho, which is
    annoying.

There's something wrong with it then. A CB250 with 10 lessHP and I
suspect quite a few more Kgs will do 130.

    Confirmed how?

Not, I suspect, by riding one with a working speedo...

  15. Nope, but by chatting to the owner of the one with the working speedo.
Could just be the rider for the top speed, but, most definately only 5
    gears, and definately no tacho.

  16. New hubby was from overseas, the only person he knew well was one of her
female friends, so she became his attendant, therefore she chose a male (me)
as her Matorn of Honour if you like.

    2 out of 3 ain't bad hey ?

You do realise that "only" having 5 speeds can actually be better on
some bikes ? No tacho, well <shrug>, ears are good !
