Newbie question

  1. Hi all,

You've probably seen this question a lot on this NG so please excuse me!

I'm seriously considering going for a motocycle licence early in the new
year and would really appriciate any advice/recommendations on bikes
suitable for a beginner both whilst on L plates, and as a 'first' bike.
Also, I live in the SW London/Surrey borders, so can anyone can recommend a
    good training school?!

    TIA

    Stephen

Cycle back from the pub when you have a big skinfull a few times - if
you can stay up right you an't had enough. Go though a few hedges,
ditches. Do a three point turn when pissed.
Read and understand the Highways code (most cage drivers ant done this).
Ride down every road, street, corner you can find & include stop signs.
    - you examiner will take you on these.

    Try reading the FAQ. http://www.ukrm.net/faq/ukrmfaq1.html
The Honda CG125 (makes Sign of the Holy Pushrods) is the Only True 125.
All other machines are an Abomination, and their riders are accursed,
weeping and gnashing their teeth in the Outer Darkness.

Try a Google search on "CG125 review".
Matchless Rider Training (on the Croydon/Wallington border)were pretty good
    for me. http://www.matchlessridertraining.com

CG125 (MSOTHP, 300 miles, parcel tape works fine on the chain-guard)
