    x-no-archive: yes

I am thinking of going from many years pedal biking, to a 'real' bike.. but
i can;t get used to changing gears with my feet, when trying a mates bike
out (on private ground, well away from fragile objects!)

For those with reduced ability, and for numpties with the coordination of an

Go and do your CBT. Takes about 15 minutes to get used to it. Then
another 15 for the rear brake.

That thing that you only have to use whilst doing tight figure of 8's in
    the car park.
