Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, pseudoplatypus
Nice swivelling joints on the other end, and a Watt's parallel motion
and you're sorted. Go for it.

That's all that's holding the right mirror on, and it passed the MOT
    with it too.

I've seen someone make that mistake with a pair of rear crash bars. :)

    CD200, iirc.

  5. Oh, well, this is for complete sets that can usually be fitted to just
about any bikes. The old Krauser gear came with enough struts, brackets
and bolts to allow the entire shebang to be transferred from bike to
    bike.

    Always worthwhile.

The Krauser kit Niall has on his Thunderbird, for example, came off his
TDM850 and before that was on my GT750 and before that I even put it on
    the 400 Four.

BMW stuff tends to be cheaper because it only fits BMWs so the market
    for it is much smaller.

  6. ....and wondered why his rear suspension stopped working.
IIRC some Harleys are like that, too.

    Mmm. Z200 Sportsterette...
