A blue one was parked outside the Englands Rose today.

They do look very nice 'in the metal' - those end cans in particular.

As a whole it looks lovely - didn't see it running though.

Just seen and played with one.
Guy across the road works for the local Trumpet dealer, and has it for the
weekend to run it in! (150 miles or so!) as it is the demonstrator. They
have an open day next weekend to show it and the speed triple off.
Very nice. Sounds good, and feels nice under my arse. The riding position is
quite comfortable, but may suit the more radical sportbike rider as it's
    quite upright.
I like the centre mounted rear disk, and a nice trick for a tourer is the
aux power socket tucked in behind the left fairing.
I'll prolly give it a blast along with the speed cripple next weekend.

[nods] I would have liked to have heard it. I saw one on the shop
floor over at Windy Corner the other week when mine was at the doc's.

Prefer the look of the new Triple, though. There's something about the
look of the new ST which I don't quite like.

Oh that's it - they don't do it in the One True Colour.

What makes you think that one who rides a "radical sportsbike" would
    like an upright riding position?

My mate ordered the blue one 2 weeks ago... He will get it in May / June, I
don't think I could wait that long for a new bike once I had handed over the
    lolly!

Actually Pip, it was a typo and should have read "not". Sorry for any
    confusion there;o)
