It does what it's supposed to do.

The handling seems good, very neutral steering, the suspension's a
bit harsh but that was expected. The tyres seem good, it pissed with
rain on the way home but no slides were experienced and I was riding
at about the same speed as I would have done on the 9R.

The ride position is a bit more arse up than I'm used to but it's
probably no more radical than the 748 I used to have. No way would I
want to go bitch on it but that's not likely to happen anyway.

The engine seems as if it's going to be a belter. Adie's going to put
some miles on it this week while I'm stuck in York so the 1st service
    shouldn't be too far away.

The brakes work. What more is there to say?

The toys will become more obvious once it's run in. A slipper clutch
will be a novelty to be played with a few times but whether it'll be a
benefit on the road is debatable. The change-up light and lap timer
would be nice if I was going to race it or do lots of trackdays but
since neither of those are very likely then I wouldn't have paid extra
for them if they were optional.

Have I wheelied it or got my knee down yet? Neither but I'm using the
    jeans and timberland boots excuse.

Worth the money? **** yes. I only paid £7.5k for a brand new bike
punting out a claimed 180(ish) bhp so it's a bargain.

Yep, these new-age Harley clones are little belters. Did you get the
free handlebar tassles or did you opt for the 2 years subscription to
    www.gaydar.com ?

Funny how you seem to know a lot about being gay and the where abouts of gay
    web sites etc.

Kettle, pot & black spring to mind.

From the brief study I did of his lordship at BoSM I think I can quite
happily say that Lozzo is a handsome straight gentleman, but is
intelligent and, as such, socially outgoing which assists in modifying
the given situation so that his views are taken more as suggestive
    commands.

He, like myself, works in Sales and has the perfect personality for
    it.

It is still possible to lock the back wheel up, but you really need to try
    hard.

Oh, and after you ride it for a while, try getting back on a bike without a
slipper clutch. I took mine in for a service and got a GS500 as a hire
bike - much back wheel locking ensued.

Enjoy it anyway, its a great machine!
