'New' speed cameras : M11

    At least new to me. Not comissioned yet, but to be aware of
    South and north bound between Harlow and the M25 junction towards the top
    of the hill.

    South and north bound between Harlow and the M25 junction towards the top
    I understand there are some long-term roadworks starting there soon, which
    will extend to the other side of the M25 junction. Presumably this will be
    to enforce the 40mph in the coned area.
