So, what happens when car hits bendy lamppost, bendy lamppost bends
downwards and taps a pedestrian on the head?

It'll be disaster. Imagine it - you're strolling along, minding your
own business. Suddenly, a screech alerts you to a car swerving
erratically, and it's now heading for you. You dive for cover behind
the only object in sight. Oh no! It's a bendy lampost!

It's obvious, we've got to invent bendy pedestrians.

The solution is obvious, the lamp posts should be made out of cheese.

  7. That's fine, if bollards are made of biscuits. Cheese needs biscuits!

Surely we need to make pedestrians out of lamp posts

Indeed, the streets seem to be awash with giggling, wobbling and "just
popping out for a quick chrimbo drink" type people today.
