New RTA thingies

Has anyone else noticed the new thingies being put up around the F3 ?
There's a couple southbound up from the Hawksbury river attached from the
side of one of the warning signs and spotted 2 more on the lights as you
turn off the end of the F3 onto the pacific hwy. They are box shaped and
grey and look like guaze or mesh on the front, almost radar'ish looking.
Anyone know what they are for ???

Had a look at the 2 on the Pacific Hwy turn off this afternoon.
About 1 foot x 1 foot x 6 inches
Light grey colour with 'Q-Free' logo on each

manufacturer

These ones are mounted pretty high so maybe they are going to start
charging trucks for F3 useage ???

Yeah I know the new big rails at Mt White are for the truck cameras,
same as at Spraks Rd Warnervale, they seem more like the Q ones, I'm going
to stop and look at the ones on the highway, the other 2 stick out from the
changeable big warning sign 1/2 way up the hill from the hawksbury south
bound, they stick out the side.
