there is also a silver one but i cant remember the reg seen that one in
Leyburn.
In County Durham they have a silver bmw un marked and a brand new Marked
Merc that goes like the clappers.
They have started putting the speed cameras on the top of bridges with pick
up points about a mile past, last i saw was just before Scoth corner
southbound, 4 police cars and 3 police motorbikes and standyby in the hgv
layby.

Much more likely to be ANPR rather than speed cameras

 

Defo speed cameras, they were over the A1 south bound on sunday, three plod
carts two plod bikes, pulling folks over into the barton turn off and the
layby just after the barton quarry/services.

 

How do you know they were definitely speed cameras?

 

I would have assumed they were an ANPR side.
