Some of these companies that offer ring-tones, games & wall-papers. Once
you down load from them, they will put your number on a mailing list,
send text to you and charge you £1.50 to receive them.

I think that service should not be allude to operate, or they shouldn't
be charging you for receiving their advertising text.

Why not? If I were to send you a text message I'd expect you to be
    charged at £7 a pop.

Also, if you bought anything from me, I'd overcharge you too.

    These mobile phone scams!

Some of these companies that offer ring-tones, games & wall-papers. Once
you down load from them, they will put your number on a mailing list,
send text to you (every week) and charge you £1.50 to receive them. I know
you can text the word: STOP to them, but they will still charge you £1.50 to
    recive the Goodbye text.

I think that service should not be allude to operate, or they shouldn't
be charging you for receiving their advertising text.
